Privacy
This document explains how RG Casas processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

What data we process
Contact information (name, email, phone), property information (address, ownership share, payout bank account), guest data required for rentals and SES Hospedajes reporting (nationality, ID number, stay details), and technical information (IP address, browser) from website visitors.
Why we process it
To deliver property management and rental services, fulfil legal obligations to SES Hospedajes and Spanish tax authorities, and for communication and follow-up with owners and guests.
Retention period
Contact data and contracts are retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus five years for accounting purposes. Guest data for SES Hospedajes is retained for three years as required by Spanish law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Send requests to hola@rgcasas.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) at aepd.es.
